Along with Bechtel, we have developed work strategies related to labor intermediation processes, from the incorporation of people with disabilities to different productive areas such as: industrial safety assistants, warehouse keeper, cistern truck assistants, among others, contemplating aspects from recruitment and selection, job positions analysis, functional evaluations, training on DEI for different work teams, advisory on disability certification processes. Also, cycles of workshops have been carried out under the disability and gender program.
Currently, an organizational diagnosis process is being developed on disability and functional issues, accessibility evaluations, training for work teams on DEI issues, among others.
