An organizational diagnosis process was carried out, which allowed evaluating the state of maturation in DEI issues, obtaining information related to different diversity groups present in the organization such as: gender, disability, intergenerationality, interculturality and the LGBTQ+ community. Along with the results, a work plan was developed to promote the pillars of gender and disability.
