An organizational diagnosis process was carried out, which allowed evaluating the state of maturation in DEI issues, obtaining information related to different diversity groups present in the organization. This allowed us to create and implement a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion policy.
In adition, considering gender as a main pillar of work, a mentoring program was carried out with female students from different technical training centers and universities in the Atacama Region. The students represented areas where the female gender has historically been underrepresented, such as the area of operation and maintenance of turbines and the area of Health, Hygiene and Safety.
This program included an important work in perspective of the phenomena or barriers that may appear in the workplace, personal brand, strategies and key leadership skills with a gender perspective.
